KTS Hypnotherapy will collect personal and sensitive data of Clients for the sole purpose of tailoring a bespoke plan for therapy session.
The personal data collected will be, name, postal address, email address and telephone number.
The personal sensitive data collected will be gender and medical history if applicable.
The data collected is purely to ensure that KTS Hypnotherapy’s therapy sessions are tailored appropriately to meet your requirements.
These details will be kept securely for a period of 7 years from date of last treatment or 7 years after the Client reaches the age of 18 years. All records will be securely destroyed upon expiration of the retention period.
